The Definitive Guide to IT Service Metrics – “This book is phenomenal!”November 7th, 2012 by Melanie Watson
On Monday, myself and Jamie Titchener (Product Manager for IT Governance Ltd) attended the itSMF UK conference in London.
Along with meeting some old friends: Shirly Lacy and Jenny Dugmore (authors of the ITSM, ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit), Claire Agutter (author of ITIL Foundation Essentials: The exam facts you need) and some of the itSMF chapters we have partnered with, we also saw our recently published title, The Definitive Guide to IT Service Metrics at the official Bookstore.
What stuck out to me on that day was the number of people that came up to us and commented on how useful this book was to them.
“This book is phenomenal!” enthused itSMF USA Board of Directors, Suzanne Van Hove.
Published only a few months ago, this book has received rave reviews from experts across the IT service management industry. Covering 192 different metrics, this book will show you:
• How to integrate metrics into your business
• What to consider when gathering and reporting information
• How to maximize the usage of metrics in order to ensure value for money from the system
• How to secure and protect your company’s metrics.
