In light of the impending Royal Mail postal strikes we have made permanent arrangements to bypass UK Royal Mail for all overseas customers and we have a low-cost alternative in place to bypass Royal Mail in the UK in accordance with which we will reduce the UK express shipping cost to just £7 from today.

How does this affect customers?

We will continue to offer free standard shipping through to the end of October. This offer is open to all our customer, no-matter where they are in the world, for most online orders through our online store at www.itgovernance.co.uk.

Our international customers will not be affected by the Royal Mail postal strikes as we now have permanent arrangements to bypass UK Royal Mail. The delivery transit-time will remain unaffected.

Our UK Customers will benefit from our low-cost express shipping option which will guarantee next business-day delivery (when orders are placed before 1.30pm). This option will bypass the UK Royal Mail, ensuring customers are not affected by the Postal strikes. UK customers are welcome to take advantage of the free standard shipping option but may witness a delay in receiving their order.
