The long-awaited official ITIL® Foundation Exam Guide – Second Edition is now available through our website.

    I used 1st Edition when I passed my V3 Foundation exam, so I hope the 2nd Edition is a vast improvement on the original.

    Its inefficiencies and errors (of a variety of natures) exasperated not only me but a number of trainers. However, I wish it well but if you would like it copy-editted and/or proof-read, I am available and my rates are reasonable.

    Thank you Patrick – The exam guide was written by the OGC and published by the TSO so unfortunately your kind offer won’t be necessary.

    Perhaps we’ll receive some comments from people who have read this latest edition and see if the inefficiencies and errors you mention have been ironed out.
