	Kurt J. Engemann, PhD, CBCP Kurt is the Director of the Center for Business Continuity and Risk Management and Professor of Information Systems in the Hagan School of Business at Iona College. 	Douglas M. Henderson, FSA, CBCP Douglas is a President of Disaster Management, Inc., and has 25 years of experience in the management and human resources fields with major consulting firms. In August of 1992, Doug was the key associate of the Emergency Management Team for a consulting firm located in South Miami-Dade County.
